As volunteers coordinate with their teachers, I will be updating this calendar.  You will be able to see when the cart is available for use.  This way, we won’t always have to be shooting off emails and physically checking a sign up sheet on the cart.  So, please check here first!

By the way, I’m looking into making this an interactive calendar.  It’s not easy on a non-hosted free site like this one.  I’m accustomed to using where you have all kinds of nifty plugins and widgets from which to choose.  It does seem that I will be able to embed a public Google calendar into this site, however.  This way you will be able to input your own dates and times for your projects.  I’m in the middle of a huge geek attack trying to figure it all out.  So… stay tuned!

20 minutes later… AWWWW SNAP! I figured it out. Gotta love Google’s public calendar feature. Okay, so here’s the scoop….

If you already have a Google account, send me your Gmail address so I can “invite you” to the calendar.  You will just log into your Google account and then proceed to Google Calendar. .  If you don’t have a Google account, then you will need to get one.  It’s super easy…  it will only take a couple of minutes.  Then just email me your Gmail address and I will invite you to the Art Lit calendar.  From there, you will be able to enter your presentation/project dates and times. You won’t be able to edit the calendar unless you’ve been invited!   Alternatively, if you don’t want to bother, just email me your dates and times and I will put them into the calendar myself.

But, let me know if you’re having any trouble.  When you schedule your presentations, please make sure to put in your name.
